To provide high-integrity traceability, we collect the following information:

  • Identity Data: Full name, National ID, KRA PIN, and business registration details.
  • Livestock Records: Breed, genetic origin, health events, and production cycles.
  • Logistics Data: GPS coordinates for pickup and delivery locations to verify the cold chain.
  • Financial Data: Wallet transaction history and escrow payment records.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to facilitate secure trade and build supply chain trust:

  • Traceability Coins: We analyze data completeness to assign valuation tiers (Steel to Diamond).
  • Verification: Providing proof of quality to buyers through the Data Market.
  • AI Diagnostics: Using symptoms and records to assist Veterinarians via Vet AI.
  • Aggregation: Anonymized, aggregated data may be sold in the Data Market to improve regional agricultural insights. Individual identities are never revealed in these sets.

3. Data Security

FeTAS employs industrial-grade encryption and secure Firestore protocols. All administrative actions are logged in an immutable audit trail to prevent unauthorized access or manipulation.
